There it is preggo lovers..the first look at Katie Holmes belly.It looks like she’s in her early second trimester and it might be me but being pregnant seems to have turned her from a naive looking girl to a rather sexy mature woman.Her breasts look alot fuller too compared to back in her Dawson Creek days.I’ll be on the look out for more pictures of Katie Holmes as her pregnancy progresses..who knows,we might get lucky if she decides to pull a “Demi Moore” and flaunt her big preggo belly in a magazine.In the meantime though,enjoy the picture above and see other beautiful Hollywood stars showing off their pregnant bellies here.
